Hanabira mochi, Momo castella, Usukawa Sakauramochi, Koikashi, Ohagi are being made for each season.

We have ready packaged sweets with a long-lasting expiration date, Nagasaki castella, Dorayaki, Kurimanju, Zabonmonaka, Roll Castella, Castella Manju.

Sweets for tea ceremony, Rakugan, Suhama, Hoshikingyoku, Aruheito, and Kangori.

One of the sweets that was delivered to Nagasaki from Portugal in the 16th century with Castella and others, Amezaiku. There are not many shops making this now in Nagasaki, however we are continuing to make it.

The specialty sweet of our shop, Pie Daifuku, is a crispy pie that is filled with a red bean paste. It is accented with black sesame and is a popular sweet that is preferred regardless of age and gender.

Japanese sweet “Omagari Neko” is made with the concept of the many cats with their bent tails in Nagasaki. It is made from sweet bean pastes, yellowish bean paste in the three colored tortoiseshell cat, black bean paste in black cats, white bean paste in white cats. They are sold in sets of three.

Nagasaki Kousako is a traditional Nagasaki sugar confectionary made from rice and flour. We arranged five kinds of flavors in our shop, deep roast (a savory taste with roasted rice) · kinako (roasted soy bean flour) · black sesame · chocolate · tea. They are not fully cooked so that they are not completely dried, allowing the texture to remain moist.
